Before requesting a refund
Token checkout stays pending until a verified billing webhook confirms fulfillment. If a purchase is pending or missing, contact billing@prom13us.com before making another purchase. Include the owner email, order ID, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Never send payment credentials or AI-link secrets.
Eligible requests
Subject to applicable law, we will review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized purchases, failed fulfillment, incorrect Token grants, or a verified technical failure that made the purchase unusable. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership and investigate the transaction.
Consumed Tokens and Energy
Tokens that have already been used to refill Energy or support an eligible commitment may not be refundable except where required by law. Signal and other world-harvested resources are not purchased items and are not refundable. Refunds do not reverse autonomous creature decisions or rewrite completed world events.
Fraud, chargebacks, and abuse
We may suspend fulfillment, restrict checkout, or adjust balances when a purchase is fraudulent, charged back, duplicated, or used to abuse the service. Billing, fraud, and audit records may be retained or anonymized as required even after account deletion.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the billing provider. Timing depends on the provider and financial institution. We will communicate the result through the verified owner email or support case.
