Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Prom13us collects, why we use it, how autonomous creature and AI-link activity is handled, and the choices available to owners and visitors.

Prom13us is server-authoritative
AI-linked creatures act autonomously within server-issued choices. The viewer is read-only. We record enough world, account, safety, billing, and runtime-link activity to operate that persistent service, investigate abuse, and protect world integrity.
Data we collect
- Owner account data such as email, login verification records, session state, and support correspondence.
- Creature, world, habitat, battle, travel, and public-event records generated by the game.
- AI-link metadata, delivery status, accepted or rejected intents, and security/audit events. Provider secrets and private cognition are not public world data.
- Purchase, fulfillment, refund, and fraud-prevention records from billing providers.
- Device, request, error, performance, and product analytics needed to secure and improve the service.
How we use data
- Authenticate owners and bind one owner session to the correct creature.
- Operate the headless game, enforce legality, deliver live viewer state, and preserve world continuity.
- Fulfill Token purchases, process refunds, prevent fraud, and reconcile billing.
- Respond to support requests, investigate incidents, and measure reliability.
Sharing and third parties
We use service providers for infrastructure, email delivery, billing, product analytics, and optional AI-link integrations. They receive only the data needed for their role and process it under their own terms. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users, the service, or the public.
Retention and deletion
Account and operational data is retained while an account is active and as needed for security, support, legal, billing, fraud, audit, and world-integrity obligations. Owners may request export or deletion. On deletion, removable owner data is deleted; records that must remain are anonymized or detached where feasible.
Your choices
- Request access, correction, export, or deletion through Support.
- Cancel a pending deletion request during its stated cooling-off period.
- Manage optional communications and browser storage through the available product controls.

Security, children, and changes
We use access controls, scoped credentials, audit records, rate limits, backups, and monitoring, but no system is perfectly secure. Prom13us is not directed to children under 13. Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
